Your journey to a new, healthy lifestyle starts after booking your Introduction Session. It is a 30-minutes video call: via Zoom, or phone call through WhatsApp, where we have an opportunity to meet each other, look into your individual requirements and expectations and any health Issues. we also assess, how nutritional therapy can help to achieve your goals
After our first Introduction Session, your nutritional therapy program will begin with a video call, where we will be having a debate about your health goals, your current diet, your eating habits, priorities and your lifestyle. Also we will talk about your medical history, allergies or intolerances. Together, we will establish a nutritional program, fitting to your life preferences and eventually a small exercise routine.
After our Initial Consultation, I prepare a Customised Diet Menu, taking under consideration all aspects of your lifestyle, preferences and health issues. I will send all the documents to you, via email within 5 business days of your consultation. The documents will include your Diet Plan with the Grocery List and Recipes.
As on the beginning of your program, it can be a little bit difficult to follow even the most suitable plan, you will be able to arrange a Monitoring Consultation, where we discuss your progress and difficulties and eventually if needed, we will make some corrections to the plan. This session can be arrange 1-2 weeks after you start following your diet plan.
After one month following your diet plan, we can arrange the next Monitoring Consultation and then, after two months another one, to check your progress and eventually to help with some small tips and to discuss any difficulties.
Our program will finish after three months, with the Review Consultation, where we will be discussing your progress, successes and difficulties, pointing the most important aspects of your healthy lifestyle for the future. We will also compare your results. If you realise that you need further assistance we can arrange more sessions.
